MULTIFAMILY Superintendent

• Manage daily onsite operations for multifamily construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain efficient workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to the job site.
• Collaborate with project managers to review plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
