Multifamily - Traveling Senior Superintendent

• Supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies at job sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address potential issues.
• Oversee scheduling and allocation of resources to meet deadlines.
• Provide direction and leadership to construction teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports.
• Resolve on-site challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
