Job Description

New Business Acquisition

  • Identify and secure new business with OEMs and Tier 1 manufacturers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to break into new U.S. markets, starting in Chicago.
  • Partner with global operations teams to align customer needs with manufacturing capabilities.



Account & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a technical sales consultant to engineering, procurement, and manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Nurture provided international relationships and convert them into sustained U.S. business.
  • Build long‑term customer partnerships to support recurring revenue growth.



Product ExpertiseEffectively sell and present high‑performance fastening and spring solutions, including:

Fasteners:

  • Studs
  • Anchor Bolts
  • Cross Bolts
  • Hex Nuts



Spring Technologies:

  • Disc Springs
  • Strip Springs
  • Coil Springs
  • Spiral Springs



Sales Execution

  • Lead full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, RFQs, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across quality, engineering, and operations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries, forecasting, and pipeline visibility.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • 10+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Technical Sales.
  • 5+ years selling fasteners or spring‑related products (preferred).
  • Experience selling to Tier 1 suppliers or equivalent industrial customers.
  • Mechanical Engineering degree required.
  • Proven track record of opening new accounts and driving growth.
  • Ability to work autonomously and travel as needed.
