Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive North American marketing strategy that aligns with global objectives and market-specific requirements.
  • Oversee e-commerce and third-party marketplace strategies for multiple product brands.
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive business growth, enhance brand equity, and increase market share.
  • Ensure marketing efforts are fully integrated with sales, product development, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Lead development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products, including IoT innovations and category consolidations.
  • Design and execute innovative, data-driven lead generation strategies to support B2B and B2C sales growth.
  • Conduct profitability analysis by product, channel, and service to ensure optimal margins and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to expand e-commerce channels, including new category growth on Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Strategically allocate marketing budgets to maximize ROI, with a focus on high-growth areas.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers responsible for the North American product portfolio.
  • Guide product strategies aligned with market demand, business objectives, and profitability targets.
  • Promote collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  • Leverage customer insights to support product development and lifecycle management.
  • Manage the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and in-store platforms.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints in alignment with global brand guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize engagement and outcomes.
  • Lead a dynamic marketing team with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and performance.
  • Support professional growth through coaching, mentorship, and development of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and global partners.
  • Oversee the North American marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost efficiency.
  • Negotiate with agencies and vendors to enhance ROI and support strategic initiatives.
  • Present marketing strategies, KPIs, and performance insights to senior leadership and global stakeholders.
  • Use analytics to drive continuous improvement in marketing efforts and business alignment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership, with proven success in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in go-to-market strategy, digital marketing, and brand development.
  • Experience managing CRM platforms such as Microsoft D365, NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
