NYCHA PACT Project Manager

• Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during the construction phase.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure project milestones are met.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and expectations.
