Job Description

  • Manage all non-sales inventory moves
  • Manage OEM inventory availability; control inventory stocking levels
  • Analyze & coordinate logistics for cost effectiveness
  • Manage seasonal festival needs and inventory and prepare festival pricing templates
  • Prepare and process Canadian Customs invoice and US Customs duty drawback
  • Manage school loaner needs and inventory
  • Assurance of wholesale sales monthly closing
  • Responsible for inventory accuracy at retail, wholesale and festival locations
  • Manage physical inventory at warehouses
  • Manage inventory levels required at each warehouse location (LIC, KY and CA)
  • Ensure timely receipts and updates in Navision for inventory accuracy and visibility
  • Manage wholesale and retail logistics for optimal inventory moves between locations
  • Prepare all export documentation - invoices, packing lists, shipper instructions
  • Support data analysis for inventory management and forecasting as needed
  • Participate in physical inventory at company retail locations and warehouses as needed
  • Calculate intercompany OEM pricing and perform price checks against OEM billing

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
  • 2 to 4 years' experience in distribution and logistics. Global experience preferred
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong attention to detail; strong organizational skills; able to work with and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated high proficiency in Excel and general data management. Microsoft Power BI a plus
  • Working knowledge of NAVISION a plus, or experience with similar ERP systems
