Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, and administrative support.
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets; identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Oversee vendor services, space planning, and office moves.
  • Handle HR functions including employee relations, performance reviews, and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and firm policies.
  • Lead local support staff and manage workflow.
  • Coordinate emergency and business continuity plans.
  • Participate in special projects and firmwide initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant management or HR experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Expertise in budgeting, operations, and HR compliance.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
