Job Description

  • Manage office interior construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost control, change orders, and reporting
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and property managers
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, permitting, and QA/QC
  • Lead project teams, conduct progress meetings, and resolve on‑site issues
  • Maintain client communication, manage expectations, and deliver successful build‑outs

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrate experience managing commercial office interior construction projects from planning through closeout
  • Manage multiple fast‑paced projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and quality control
  • Communicate clearly and lead subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and internal teams effectively
  • Apply strong knowledge of construction regulations, building codes, permitting processes, and jobsite safety standards
  • Use project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.) for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
  • Drive results by meeting deadlines, controlling costs, reducing risk, and delivering successful client outcomes
