Job Description

  • Supports administration in the NYC team
  • Organizes and arranges meetings, travel arrangements, etc.
  • Manages calendars, clients, and company's daily operations
  • Liaise with education consultants and schools
  • Assists HR with new hires and recruiting
  • Be the primary contact for admins and liaisons
  • Support monthly reports on expenditures

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years experience in Office Management or Admin Assistance
  • 4 year Bachelors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Salesforce
  • Big picture mentality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presence and able to work with executives
  • Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
