Job Description

  • Manage and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Support the Human Resources department with administrative tasks and coordination.
  • Handle scheduling, communication, and correspondence on behalf of the team.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment to support team functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the office environment.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives.

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage office operations effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude to handle a fast-paced environment.
