Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Prepare financial reports, including budgets and forecasts, to support decision-making.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for seamless communication and operations.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Manage payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Implement and improve office systems and procedures to enhance productivity.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Manager/Accountant should have:

  • A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
  • MUST HAVE AIA Invoicing experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage office operations effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • An ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Experience in supervising and managing administrative staff.
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
