Job Description

  • Manage day to day of office
  • Answer and direct phones and greet guests
  • Help with expense reports
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Utilize Yardi
  • Distribute and mail packages
  • Supply ordering and inventory
  • Manage calendars
  • Assist with various projects
  • Data entry
