About Our Client

Global company with over 50 years of innovation is growing out their North American presence. They are looking for an Office/HR manager to come and join their team as they scale!

Job Description

Office Management
* Be the primary contact for office administration, liaising with required vendors / providers, potentially multi site.
* Control of day to day office costs and expenses within agreed budget.
* Control and deployment of all support services required to support the US business. (Post, Telecoms, Welfare, Stationery etc).
* Administration and management of travel arrangements.
* Monthly reporting on all expenditure and costs forecasts as and when required.

Human Resources
* Driving and managing the identification and recruitment of all required personnel.
* Benchmarking of remuneration and benefits
* Day to day administration of any implemented incentive plans.
* Onboarding of new recruits.
* Development and implementation of individual training and development plans.
* Conducting bi-annual performance reviews across the US business.
* Carrying out exit interviews and presenting feedback.
* Day to Day administration and management of the PEO relationship.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Basic understanding & track record of local HR practices and legislation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals across business disciplines.
  • Trustworthy, discrete and professional at all times.
  • Diligent record keeping.
  • Experience of leading an effective relationship with a PEO (Professional Employer Organization).
