Description

  • A part of the Office Services Team.
  • Greeting guests and directing clients.
  • Answer and screen phone calls.
  • Take and relay messages
  • Ability to work a switchboard.
  • Schedule all appointments and meetings.
  • Basic administrative and clerical support.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • High level of customer service - proactively address employee/guest needs.
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software application (Google Workspace, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Atlassian Jira, Tableau).
  • College degree required.
