About Our Client

Our client is is a leading supplier of carbon fiber, honeycomb and other composite materials for the commercial aerospace industry.

Job Description

  • Respond to and screen voicemail messages, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Greet and assist visitors, coordinating their arrivals with building security, and arrange transportation as required.
  • Support conference room scheduling and reservations.
  • Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and distributing office and kitchen supplies. Maintain storage areas and manage archival storage.
  • Coordinate repairs, cleaning, and general maintenance for office space and equipment.
  • Assist in managing office construction, renovation projects, relocations, and new hire workspace setups.
  • Handle incoming mail by sorting, routing, and managing publications. Oversee express mail pick-up and delivery services, as well as package coordination.
  • Manage both on-site and off-site storage, including archives.
  • Provide backup support for the Executive Assistant (EA) team as needed.
  • Take on additional administrative projects and tasks as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Five years relevant work experience
  • A pro-active individual with strong organizational skills and a resourceful attitude
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Professional appearance and punctuality, with the ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift 30lbs
