Our client is a large investment bank, who has been a longstanding player in the industry. This role is in Manhattan, NY.

Job Description

Onboarding Specialist Responsibilities Include-

  • Fulfil all KYC needs and Client Information forms for account formation.
  • Organizing, and mailing contract documents to ECMS.
  • Collaborate with clientele and front office to discuss signers, beneficiaries, and account set-up.
  • Analyze agreements, exception reports, documents, and current statements. Assist in determining eligibility for assets to be held in specific accounts.
  • Establish client information in the internal system, and provide client with access.
  • Complete maintenance requests, and update current client information.
  • Sent clients welcome packets upon new account completion, and change of address notices when necessary.
  • Commence residuals and asset transfers, and wires or checks via internal systems.
  • Daily review of risk and analysis report.
  • Support team with user acceptance testing.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Candidate Possesses-

  • Academic Degree with excellent credentials.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Comprehension of related systems, such as UAF, CRM, and Addvantage
  • Experience working cross-functionally, and collaborate across multiple lines of business.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior level and C-suite associates, both verbally and written
  • Candidate is comfortable commuting to NYC office.
