My client, which has been in business for over 100 years, already has a strong list of repeat clients in addition to their constantly-growing bid portfolio. One of their core markets is Automotive Manufacturing facilities, where they perform as both GC and Subcontractor for concrete, steel, and metal building scopes. This company self-performs these trades, allowing them to capitalize on margins much more effectively. They are seeking a Project Manager or high-level Assistant Project Manager to join their Mobile office and help drive the continued growth of that business. Initially, this PM will report to a project site south of Montgomery, AL but will inevitably be located fully in Mobile.
