Onsite Project Manager - Multifamily Construction

• Develop a thorough understanding of the entire scope of work, including plans, specifications, logistics, materials, equipment, submittal and other requirements.
• Perform buyouts to ensure budgets are maintained
• As necessary, update plans and schedules for field staff
• Work with Superintendents to coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site production.
• Manage and push through all change-orders, RFI's, submittals, etc.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners / clients
