Job Description

    • Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence in Engineering & Manufacturing processes.
    • Analyse current workflows to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to execute process improvement initiatives including Lead root-cause and corrective actions
    • Monitor key performance indicators and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
    • Lead root-cause and corrective actions.
    • Responsible for ensuring the execution of findings of accident investigations and safety alerts
    • Ensure policies and processes are deployed uniformly
    • Actively leads the daily huddle process
    • Lead problem solving events
    • Create a standard for plant process and ensure entire team are properly trained, resourced, supplied, and managed to attain the objectives
    • Develop a highly motivated and committed workforce with emphasis on the development of skills needed to accomplish safety, quality, on-time delivery, and product cost goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • KPIS management SQDCI (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Innovation,)
  • 5 years in a management role with a manufacturing background
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Lean manufacturing experience is required



Preferred

  • ERP/SAP
  • Masters or higher Education
  • Bilingual - Spanish
