Job Description

  • Analyze capacity changes, mix variations, and real‑time performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor and report key operational metrics such as cycle time, efficiency, and delivery performance.
  • Drive Lean and CI initiatives that reduce waste, inventory, overtime, and variation across processes.
  • Guide cross‑functional teams in improvement events, kaizen activities, and process optimization.
  • Develop tools, methods, and processes to improve operations, production, quality, and reliability.
  • Support strategic planning, project prioritization, and execution of CI programs across all operational areas.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operational Excellence Specialist should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations; Industrial Engineering preferred.
  • 3-7 years of experience leading CI or Lean projects in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
  • Strong capability with Excel; SAP experience preferred.
  • Experience in Lean methodologies, kaizen events, and structured problem solving.
  • Skilled in capacity modeling, data analysis, and project management.
  • Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and implement sustainable operational improvements.
