Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsClient will move quickly qualified candidatesClient offers a remote work modelAbout Our ClientBanking and Financial servicesJob DescriptionSupport the transition and enhancement of the organization's internal control framework.Contribute to the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework.Partner with business units to identify operational risks and evaluate control effectiveness.Facilitate the RCSA process by working with stakeholders to assess inherent and residual risks.Perform comprehensive risk assessments across business functions and operational areas.Analyze risk data to uncover trends, patterns, and areas needing mitigation.Assist in the creation and upkeep of key risk indicators (KRIs) and risk metrics.Prepare detailed risk assessment reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on identified risk issues, control gaps, and mitigation plans.Maintain compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines related to risk management and RCSA.Collaborate with risk owners to develop and implement effective control enhancements and mitigation strategies.Monitor the progress and effectiveness of risk mitigation actions over time.Offer expert risk management advice to support risk-informed decision-making across business units.Provide training and guidance on risk identification, the RCSA process, and control measures.Promote a strong risk-aware culture through education and ongoing support.Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and impact of the RCSA framework.Keep up-to-date with emerging risks, regulatory updates, and risk management best practices.Drive continuous improvement in risk assessment methodologies and control self-assessment processes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
