Job Description

  • Act as a liaison between the religious school and operational teams, including facilities and security
  • Coordinate logistics for all school programs, including reservations, setup, catering, and audio/visual needs
  • Manage travel arrangements for trips and events, including booking flights, buses, and accommodations
  • Order supplies for programs and office use
  • Reconcile credit card expenses and maintain accurate financial records
  • Provide daily administrative support, including coordinating pickups, managing sign-in processes, and organizing special events
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals, policies, and procedures while fostering a collaborative team environment

Must be able to work the following schedule:

  • Monday 12 PM-7 PM, Tuesday-Thursday 10 AM-7 PM, Friday 10 AM-4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend work as needed
  • Summer Hours: Monday-Friday 9 AM-5:30 PM

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Administrative experience (1-2 years preferred) in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with religious or educational organizations is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Salesforce is a strong advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to set and reset priorities
