They are deeply committed to education, offering engaging and inclusive learning experiences within a dynamic and collaborative environment.Job DescriptionAct as a liaison between the religious school and operational teams, including facilities and securityCoordinate logistics for all school programs, including reservations, setup, catering, and audio/visual needsManage travel arrangements for trips and events, including booking flights, buses, and accommodationsOrder supplies for programs and office useReconcile credit card expenses and maintain accurate financial recordsProvide daily administrative support, including coordinating pickups, managing sign-in processes, and organizing special eventsEnsure alignment with organizational goals, policies, and procedures while fostering a collaborative team environmentMust be able to work the following schedule:Monday 12 PM-7 PM, Tuesday-Thursday 10 AM-7 PM, Friday 10 AM-4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend work as neededSummer Hours: Monday-Friday 9 AM-5:30 PMMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
