Job Description

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of trades across multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, FX, debt, futures, and swaps
  • Liaise with brokers, custodians, and fund administrators to ensure smooth trade settlement and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Reconcile portfolio positions, cash balances, and trades across internal systems and third-party administrators.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between fund accounting and investment systems.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-10 years of experience in hedge fund operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with trade execution, settlement processes, and investment lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of advanced formulas and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with portfolio management systems (e.g., Bloomberg, Advent, Eze Software) and order management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
