Job Description

  • Assist in the daily operations within the Banking & Financial Services department.
  • Support other team members with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with company standards and regulations.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Identify potential operational risks and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Associate should have:
