Job Description

The Operations Director will lead the development of our partners and their capabilities to meet customer needs and achieve operational objectives, including the management and execution of key projects (including CapEx). Additionally, they will spearhead long-term transformation projects that will shape the future of product supply across North America.

The Operations Director will:

  • Lead and deliver supply chain transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for both external partners and internal teams, handling initiatives, challenges, and unforeseen issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement by fostering ideation and overseeing the execution of improvement plans.
  • Problem Solving - Take a hands-on approach to end-to-end operational and engineering challenges, enabling timely decisions and focusing on practical solutions.
  • Contracts - Manage and negotiate contract terms effectively during renewal or change periods.
  • Achieve financial objectives by meeting set goals and targets.
  • Oversee and evaluate partner performance to ensure continuous progress.

The Successful Applicant

  • Over 10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations, with a Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong Lean manufacturing mindset and end-to-end supply chain experience
  • Excellent commercial acumen with an action-oriented approach, adept at meeting tight deadlines.
  • Clear and effective communicator, able to set and articulate goals and objectives.
  • Skilled at building **win-win** relationships and leveraging them to achieve results.
  • Holds partners (both internal and external) accountable for performance targets through data-driven analysis.
  • Well-organized with strong analytical skills, and a champion of collaboration to execute complex projects.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence external partners using data-driven decisions and improvement-focused initiatives.
