Operations Manager - Concrete Construction

• Manage and oversee all self-perform concrete operations across multiple projects
• Develop and implement strategies for productivity, quality, and safety
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material resources for concrete work
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to align schedules and budgets
• Monitor field performance and resolve operational challenges promptly
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards
• Train and mentor concrete crews to maintain high-quality workmanshipnt.
