Operations Manager - Electronics Manufacturing - Lowell, MA

Reporting into the VP of Operations, you will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee daily operations of the Engineering & Manufacturing department as well as production, supply chain, and procurement.
• Directly manage 4 supervisors.
• Develop operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Implement efficient processes and standards.
• Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to increase quality and efficiency.
• Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.
• Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
• Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
