They are dedicated to innovation, quality, and efficiency in our production processes, ensuring that we deliver high-quality products that meet our clients' needs.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesProduction Oversight: Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, quality, and cost targets. Coordinate with teams across production, quality, and supply chain to ensure smooth workflows.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and increase production speed without compromising quality.Quality Assurance: Work with the quality team to ensure products meet company and client standards, conducting root cause analyses and corrective actions as needed.Resource Management: Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production goals. Oversee workforce scheduling, training, and performance management.Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement among the team.Cost Management: Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation for cost-effective production operations.Performance Tracking: Set, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency, quality, and safety.
