Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following

• 
  
  Leadership & Accountability: Provide clear direction and leadership across project teams. Promote a culture of accountability and performance.
• 
  
  Project Planning & Oversight: Manage the planning and execution of multiple construction projects. Collaborate with the estimator and preconstruction teams to ensure readiness and alignment.
• 
  
  Construction Execution: Oversee daily jobsite operations, ensuring work is performed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality.
• 
  
  Budget & Financial Control: Maintain project budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
• 
  
  Safety & Compliance: Uphold and enforce site safety practices and ensure compliance with city and industry regulations.
• 
  
  Client Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and precision.
• 
  
  Business Operations: Manage the day-to-day functions of the operations department while collaborating with other internal departments to drive continuous process improvement.
