With a reputation for delivering excellence in craftsmanship and client service, they are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize their field and office operations.

Job Description

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following



  • Leadership & Accountability: Provide clear direction and leadership across project teams. Promote a culture of accountability and performance.


  • Project Planning & Oversight: Manage the planning and execution of multiple construction projects. Collaborate with the estimator and preconstruction teams to ensure readiness and alignment.


  • Construction Execution: Oversee daily jobsite operations, ensuring work is performed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality.


  • Budget & Financial Control: Maintain project budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.


  • Safety & Compliance: Uphold and enforce site safety practices and ensure compliance with city and industry regulations.


  • Client Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and precision.


  • Business Operations: Manage the day-to-day functions of the operations department while collaborating with other internal departments to drive continuous process improvement.

The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the construction industry


  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management


  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams and complex projects concurrently


  • Skilled in budgeting, compliance, and jobsite safety best practices


  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills


  • Able to perform under pressure and make timely decisions
