Job Description

  • Coordinate details through existing and new vendor/third party service providers to attend daily request from overseas client and affiliate offices
  • Work with and update clients/affiliate offices on planning, offerings, and all aspects of supporting requirements
  • Develop logistics plans and weekly report to ensure quality service and on-time performance
  • Receive and accurately enter orders, coordinating fulfillment, generate, and submitting any requirements from start to completion
  • Coordinate and track movement of goods through multiple logistic pathways
  • Ability to create systems for monitoring inventories in various locations around the world
  • Work with all departments, services, and management levels to ensure maximizing revenue and generating top level customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all processes are within US export and foreign import compliance/regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Job Type: Full-time and In Person.
  • Must be fluent in English, additional language(s) a plus.
  • Must be legally able to work in the U.S.A
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office a must. NetSuite experience a plus
  • Must be well organized, self-motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent Customer Service capabilities
  • Mastery of all commercial documentation (Invoicing, Incoterms, B/L, etc.)
  • Understanding of purchasing, shipping, inventory and warehouse operational processes
  • Review and analyze inventory activities, data and reports
  • Project Management experience a plus
  • Potential for Domestic and International Travel (25%)
