Operations Manager

  Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, including production, quality control, maintenance, and shipping. Ensure production goals are met while adhering to safety and quality standards.

  Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• 
  
  Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and production staff. Create a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
• 
  
  Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures. Address and resolve quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
• 
  
  Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety audits and provide training to maintain a safe working environment.

  Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and material flow. Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
• 
  
  Budget Management: Develop and manage the operations budget. Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures to stay within budget.
• 
  
  Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, including production metrics, quality issues, and cost analysis. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

  Customer Focus: Work with the customer service team to address any production-related issues or concerns and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
