Job Description

The responsibilities of the Operations Supervisor include, but are not limited to:

  • Running the team on the production floor, looking at equipment, working in the plant and making sure machinery is working properly
  • Update SAP data on a daily basis
  • Manage production plans
  • Ensure that safety protocols are being upheld and implemented as needed
  • Manage resources and ensure that schedules and timelines are being followed

The Successful Applicant

The successful Operations Supervisor will:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred or 5-7 years of relevant experience with no degree
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing plant or chemical refinery
  • SAP experience is preferred
  • Ability to read P&ID's and schematics
  • Ability to obtain TWIC certification
