We're seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our client's presence in the greater Boston area. You'll be the face of the company for key accounts, building long-term relationships and uncovering new business opportunities. With a strong reputation, extensive inventory, and responsive support team behind you, you'll have the tools you need to succeed in a competitive market.

Job Description

  • Develop and grow customer relationships within assigned territory

  • Consult with clients to recommend the right equipment solutions for their needs

The Successful Applicant

A successful Outside Sales professional should have:

  • Proven track record in B2B outside sales (construction or industrial equipment a plus)
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage territory independently while contributing to team goals
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.

  • Willingness to travel within the Boston area as needed.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
