Job Description

  • Manage lab and life science construction projects from planning through closeout
  • Oversee day-to-day project operations, budgets, schedules, and documentation
  • Coordinate with senior project managers, design teams, GCs, and client stakeholders
  • Lead project meetings, track milestones, and ensure technical and compliance requirements are met
  • Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office, and internal project management tools to maintain accuracy and transparency
  • Support procurement, cost tracking, change orders, and risk management activities
  • Provide on-site leadership and ensure alignment on client expectations
  • Contribute to internal best practices as the team scales amid continued growth

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of project management experience with a GC or CM (e.g., Wise, AZ, Columbia, or similar)
  • Background in lab, life science, or technically complex projects (preferred)
  • Technical degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
  • Strong tenure, communication skills, and the ability to present confidently to clients and internal teams
  • Experience with Procore, MS Office, and Bluebeam
  • Must be commutable to Cambridge, MA (onsite role; no hybrid/remote options)
