The ideal candidate will have prior experience with public and K-12 projects, and some OPM experience. Candidates with a background in Construction Management are also encouraged to apply.

Job Description

The Owners Project Manager is responsible for:

  • Leading Public projects from inception to completion
  • Collaborating closely with the project management team to ensure project milestones are met
  • Overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
  • Ensuring compliance with project requirements
  • Utilizing project management softwares to manage project details and timelines
  • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Contributing to the growth and culture of our expanding team

The Successful Applicant

The right Owners Project Manager has the following qualifications:

  • 5-10+ years of experience
  • Construction Management at Risk and/or OPM background
  • Strong background in largescale public & K-12 projects
  • Proficient in construction project management softwares
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to commute to RI area
  • Is a plus if willing to commute to CT
