Job Description

The Owners Project Manager is responsible for:

  • Oversee and manage multiple large-scale projects in the higher education and healthcare sectors, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with prestigious institutions, universities, hospitals, and technology companies to meet project goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines, while monitoring progress and addressing any challenges.
  • Mitigate risks by identifying potential issues and developing strategic solutions.
  • Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Foster an entrepreneurial mindset within the team, encouraging innovation and creative problem-solving.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in project management.

  • OPM background
  • Strong background in higher ed / healthcare projects
  • Proficient in construction project management softwares
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
