Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Report into Senior Director and Program Manager at client
  • Project Planning & Initiation
  • Design Phase Management
  • Budgeting and Cost Control
  • Schedule oversight
  • Construction Phase oversight
  • Communication and reporting

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Project Manager (1-3 years experience in position) or APM ready to be a PM
  • Projects with Life Science/ Laboratories Client
  • Background in R&D, Labs, Small scale renovations
  • General Contracting background
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Bluebeam, and Smartsheets
  • Commutable to Groton, CT
