They provide an exceptional experience to both their clients and internal staff - almost 50% of their employees have been with the company for 10+ years!Job DescriptionCollaborate with leasing agent to develop a construction budgetProvide outstanding customer service to prospective and current tenants andMaintain up to date historical costs for all different types of workCreate schedules for project completion and regularly update them during construction processProvide oversight for all aspects of permit processing, including completion of application, submission, and follow up through issuance of permit.Solicit bids and review scopes of work for all trades on projectsPrepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.Review, authorize, and track invoicesAccurately review drawingsWork in collaboration with Project Superintendent to ensure contractors work is performed to the highest qualityPrepare and submit progress and cost tracking reportsMaintain proper communication with tenantsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
