Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Project lead for both Design and Construction phases
  • Communicate directly with client, A/E team, Builder, stakeholders and user groups
  • Oversee and ensure quality and consistency of design and construction and all aspects of project
  • Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance
  • Monitor and track project budgets
  • Coordinate with adjacent projects impacted by the proposed work
  • Manage project administrative efforts, including progress reports, submittals, requisitions, and change orders

The Successful Applicant

The right candidate has the following qualifications:

  • Currently hols PM or SPM title
  • 10+ years of project management/cm experience with healthcare, Higher-ed, or K-12 projects
  • MCPPO certification would be a plus
  • Skilled in decision making and financial analysis
  • Organized, excellent communicator, team player, great interpersonal skills
  • Eager to build/grow career
  • Bachelor's in Construction-related degree (preferred)
