Job Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for:

  • Leading both Design & Construction phases.
  • Communicating directly with client, A/E team, Builders, stakeholders, and user groups.
  • Providing technical evaluations, advice, and guidance
  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale healthcare or education construction projects.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Leading and mentoring project teams, fostering a strong culture of teamwork and accountability.
  • Utilizing Procore, MS Office, and other industry-standard software to streamline project management.
  • Ensuring compliance with MCPPO requirements and other relevant regulations.
  • Conducting regular site visits and progress meetings to track and report project performance.

The Successful Applicant

The right Senior Project Manager has the following qualifications:

  • Currently hols PM or SPM title
  • 10+ years of project management/cm experience with healthcare, K-12, or Higher-ed projects
  • Proven success leading $20M+ Corporate Interiors, Fit outs/Build outs, Tenant Improvements projects
  • Must have MCPPO certification
  • Skilled in decision making and financial analysis
  • Organized, excellent communicator, team player, great interpersonal skills
  • Eager to build/grow career
  • Bachelor's in Construction-related degree (preferred)
