Job Description
- Lead, develop and train all maintenance and production personnel
- Identify and find solutions for any production related issues
- Enforce all GMPs are being followed and taking disciplinary action as needed
- Ensure equipment is often documented and maintained
- Maintain clear communication with all staff

The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of experience in a food manufacturing capacity
- Ability to successfully work autonomously
- Bilingual English & Spanish REQUIRED*
