  • As a Paralegal on a legal team of 7, you will assist with managing the Company's legal books and records and document retention policies
  • Oversee and assist with the creation and maintenance of electronic legal agreement database; collect and identify data for input into legal database
  • Assist with the preparation of documents related to the development/implementation of corporate policies/templates
  • Ad hoc projects

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience supporting law firm or in-house corporate legal department required;
  • Experience working in or in support of financial services firms preferred
  • Superior collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships and credibility with relevant stakeholders
  • Ability to anticipate/accommodate the ongoing needs of senior-level stakeholders; provide "high touch" client service
  • Highly organized and proactive; able to manage multiple priorities and meet multiple deadlines
  • Possesses professional integrity; displays discretion, tact, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed sense of ownership and accountability; consistently exhibits sound judgement
  • Strong work ethic with a hands-on approach to projects/tasks
  • Deadlineand detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently and proactively as well as part of a team
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio(required) and PowerPoint, and Adobe
  • * Notary a plus
