The firm fosters a collaborative environment, empowering its teams to handle challenging cases with innovative approaches and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in highly regulated sectors.Job DescriptionCase File Management: Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files, ensuring all relevant documents and evidence are readily accessible for attorneys.Discovery Coordination: Assist in gathering and managing discovery materials, including reviewing documents, preparing exhibits, and handling e-discovery.Document Drafting and Review: Draft legal documents, pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence under attorney supervision. Proofread and cite-check documents for accuracy.Legal Research: Conduct research related to intellectual property law, including patent and trademark regulations, case law, and procedural rules.Trial Preparation: Prepare trial binders, organize exhibit lists, and support attorneys with pre-trial filings and logistics.
