Known for its collaborative and supportive work environment, this firm is consistently ranked among the best in the industry.Job DescriptionCollaborate with Blue Sky Counsel to manage blue sky-related research and filings, providing firm-wide support to attorneys and other staff as needed.Handle blue sky-related filings with advanced proficiency, including blue sky registrations, renewals, Form D filings, other exemption filings in the Electronic Filing Depository (EFD), Rule 701, Section 4(a)(2) research and filings.Serve as a resource for attorneys and staff firm-wide on blue sky issues.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blue sky laws and filing procedures.Ensure timely filings and renewals for all blue sky notices and securities registrations.Work with FINRA Counsel on FINRA matters firm-wide, preparing drafts of FINRA filings in the Private Offering System for transactions requiring such filings.Prepare FINRA fee memos and assist with related tasks.Coordinate FINRA fee payments and serve as a resource for FINRA-related issues.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
