Job Description
- Met and greet incoming external visitors and internal employees
- Answer phone calls and emails and transfer to the correct point of contact as needed
- Directly report into the HR/Business Administrator who works in the NYC
- Support the NJ office with ordering office supplies, food/snacks, etc.
- Support the NJ employees with all necessary tasks such as printing, filing, organizing etc.
- Organize and maintain overall cleanliness of the office

The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist, Office Administrator, Customer Service
- Must be proactive, adaptable, flexible, and reliable
- Completed Bachelor's in a plus but not required
- Open to entry-level or candidates who are seeking to get back into the workforce
- Location: Newark, NJ (right near Newark Penn Station)
- Hours/Days: flexible upon person
- Requirements: must be vaccinated against COVID-19
