Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Take responsibility for the strategy and execution of account management across existing account portfolio (1000+) clients
  • Collaborate with partners, partner managers, success managers, and more
  • Own your partner's portfolio expansion targets and deliver results

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate has:

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS Account Management
  • English & Spanish fluency (REQUIRED)
  • 1+ years of experience in managing Channel Partners/Resellers
