Job Description

  • Go onsite 2 days a week to the LA, NYC, DC or SF office.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for lateral partner candidates, delivering a high-touch experience from initial outreach through onboarding and integration.
  • Collaborate closely with firm leadership to execute strategic recruiting initiatives aligned with growth priorities.
  • Represent the firm's brand and values to candidates and search firms, acting as a trusted ambassador.
  • Manage multiple concurrent searches, prioritize effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving recruiting landscape.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Partner Recruiting professional should have:

  • Ability to go onsite, 2 days a week to LA, NYC, DC, or SF office.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services environment; lateral partner recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to operate independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Comfort with applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCIMS, LawCruit) and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams).
  • A proactive, flexible mindset with a passion for innovation and excellence.
