Job Description

Responsibilities:



  1. Patient Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive patient marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our medical devices and oncology solutions among patients and caregivers.


  2. Content Development: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling and informative patient-centric content, including educational materials, videos, social media campaigns, and other digital assets.


  3. Patient Advocacy: Cultivate relationships with patient advocacy groups, organizations, and influencers within the oncology community. Collaborate on initiatives that support patients' needs and provide them with valuable resources and support.


  4. Digital Marketing: Leverage digital channels, such as social media, websites, and email marketing, to engage patients and disseminate relevant content. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness.


  5. Patient Education: Develop and oversee patient education programs and initiatives, including workshops, webinars, support groups, and online resources. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to patients.


  6. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify patient needs, preferences, and trends. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and drive patient-focused innovation.


  7. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, product development, and medical affairs teams, to align patient marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Foster strong relationships and ensure effective collaboration across departments.


  8. Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure all patient marketing activities comply with relevant industry regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

*This role may require up to 20% travel

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:



  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field. Advanced degree is preferred.


  2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the medical device or oncology industry. Experience in patient marketing is highly desirable.


  3. Deep understanding of patient engagement strategies, patient journey mapping, and patient-centered care concepts.


  4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex medical information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.


  5. Strong digital marketing skills, including experience with social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing tools.


  6. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably targeting patients or healthcare professionals.


  7. Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations is preferred.


  8. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
