About Our Client

Our client is a leader in creative Higher Education and is seeking a Payroll Advisor for their growing faculty team.

Job Description

  • Process semi-monthly faculty payroll for over 1000+ employees using our in-house payroll system
  • Responsible for the full-cycle faculty contracts process (creation, review, distribution, update, and maintenance)
  • Responsible for creating and adhering to a contract time-line
  • Ensure all required faculty new hire documents have been received and filed in compliance
  • Set-up new hire profiles in the payroll system for faculty pay group
  • Responsible for the full cycle preparation, processing and reconciliation of web requisitions using E-forms and Colleague systems.
  • Ensure accuracy of each payroll by reviewing various payroll reports, reconcile errors and maintain payroll records
  • Work with Payroll Manager to maintain necessary payroll reporting requirement

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Prior experience processing faculty contracts preferred
  • 3-5 years experience processing payroll for over 1000+ employees
  • Microsoft Excel, and hands-on Microsoft Office Suite skills
