Description
The role will involve:
- Running in house payroll for 100 employees
- Managing the relationship with the outsourced payroll provider (ADP)
- Coordinate with HR and Finance to run supplementary payrolls when needed (i.e. for bonuses)
- Manage and administer all US benefits schemes
- Run the annual open enrolment process
- Manage the renewal of annual healthcare providers
- Coordinate with HR regarding visa issues
- Support the Controller with:
- Wire and bill processing
- Recording all invoices and payments
- Invoice electronic record keeping
- Credit card file recording
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
- Prior experience running a payroll function for a large business - Financial Services experience preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of ADP
- Bachelors degree
- Analytical with strong problem solving skills
- Proactive and client focused
- Able to work alone or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
